The 1847 Blake House Inn B&B provides the perfect setting for indoor and outdoor weddings, receptions, parties, family reunions, crafting weekends, and meetings. The Inn's facilities include 2 dining rooms, 2 covered porches, a large outdoor patio, gazebo, arbor, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Outdoor Facility Rental (Wedding Ceremony Only): $300
You may rent our Patio and Wedding grass area for your wedding ceremony. All equipment such as chairs, decorations, etc. must be rented or brought in by the Host(s) when using any outdoor facility. The area surrounding the Patio and Wedding grass area has electrical outlets for your rented equipment. The Patio and Wedding grass area are available for ceremonies from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Outdoor Facility Rental Only: $850
Renting our outdoor facilities includes use of the small and large stone patios, gazebo, and lower grass area plus the use of the first floor Parlor and restrooms inside the Inn. The Patio seats up to 100; the lower grass area seats up to 150. The area surrounding the patios and the Wedding grass area has electrical outlets for your rented equipment. All equipment, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, decorations, etc. must be rented or brought in by the Host(s) when using any outdoor facility. All outdoor facilities are available from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Small Wedding Package: $900
This package includes indoor seating and dining (tables, chairs, linens, and dishes) for up to 70 people. Facilities include 2 dining rooms, Parlor, front porch, and large stone Patio for dancing. Indoor facilities are available from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Intimate Wedding Package: $700
This package includes indoor seating and dining (tables, chairs, linens, and dishes) for up to 35 people. Facilities options are: Two dining rooms (one for dining and one for dancing), Parlor, and front porch, OR One dining room for dining, Parlor, front porch, and large stone Patio for dancing. All outdoor equipment must be rented or brought in by the Host(s). Indoor facilities are available from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm; outdoor facilities are available from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm.
The Everything Package: $3,500
Rent the Inn for an entire weekend (indoor and outdoor facilities plus all 6 guestrooms with sleeping capacity up to 18). You may use the facilities from 3:00 pm Friday - 11:00 am Sunday, including a Friday night rehearsal dinner and/or Saturday wedding & reception. We provide your indoor seating in our 2 dining rooms; you bring in or rent anything else you need. Overnight guests receive a full breakfast each morning of their stay plus access to our guest-only Breakfast Room stocked with drinks and snacks.
Lilac Room Bridal Package: $550
Please contact us for additional information and to schedule a tour of the property. Tours can be accommodated between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Mondays - Saturdays.
This package may be added to any Facility Rental Package listed above. Included in this package are 2 nights in the Lilac Room, a box of handmade chocolate truffles from The Chocolate Fetish, one dozen roses, and in-room one hour couples' massages.
